A core part of becoming a better psychotherapist is to continue doing intentional practice and training throughout careers.

I provide high level supervision modelled on the ISTDP supervision model where my supervisees video their sessions and we examine their patients, therapist interventions, and ways forward together.

I also allow my supervisees to regularly view my sessions so that they can improve their skills. Doing so also improves the treatment fidelity of the treatment supervisees are providing.
